Report: Audi logistics center could be completed by fall

Construction works on Audi’s second logistics center at its Hungarian subsidiary in Győr are expected to be wound up this fall, Hungarian economic daily Világgazdaság reported today, citing Monika Czechmeister, head of communication at Audi Hungária.

The second logistics center at the base will be approximately 80,000 sqm and is expected to provide several jobs, the daily reported, however, the company has not yet revealed the amount of money spent on the investment.

In the first half of 2015, Audi Hungária invested €235 mln in Győr mostly to upgrade its research capacity, Hungarian news agency MTI said.
