OTP executives sell incentive program shares for HUF 364 mln

Two of Hungarian OTPʼs top executives sold approximately HUF 364 mln of the bankʼs shares on Monday, the lender disclosed today according to Hungarian news agency MTI.

Vice chairman Antal Pongrácz sold 32,436 shares at an average price of HUF 5,751 per share and deputy-CEO László Bencsik sold 30,912 shares at an average price of HUF 5,755 per share.

The men bought the shares at a fixed price from OTPʼs treasury share stock earlier that day as part of an incentive program.
