Nokia Network moves to new office
With the contribution of Eston Property Advisor company, Nokia Networks telecommunication company will move to a new 25,000 sqm office building on Corvin Sétány, taking with it its 2,250 employees, the property advisor announced in a press release today.
“We are proud to have won the confidence of Nokia Network and that we successfully completed the job,” said Adorján Salamon chief executive officer at Eston International Property Advisors. According to Salamon, the agreement is one of the largest office lease transaction in the past five years.
The report noted that the Futureal real estate developer company will build the new office building for Nokia Network.
Péter Futó of property developer Futureal put the project cost at around €55 mln, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.
