NNG Hungary launches another intern program
Hungary-based navigation solutions developer NNG is launching its internship program once again, specifically customized for Generation Y this time, according to a press release sent to the Budapest Business Journal today. Applications for the six-month program are welcomed until November 11.
So-called “Gear Uppers,” those who are granted entry to the internship program, will be assigned mentors who will assess their work. Though the interns will be based in Budapest, the experience they will be able to gain is international as they will be working on projects and solutions being developed in the South American, European and Japanese offices of NNG, said the press release.
Challenges interns will work on include making navigation possible in a tunnel where no GPS signal can be received, or how to optimize navigation for different operating systems. Interns will also be able to develop tools greatly contributing to the future products of NNG, the press release added.
