MOL completes acquisition of 166 ENI petrol stations
Hungarian oil and gas company MOL on Friday said it completed the acquisition of 166 ENI vehicle gas stations in Czech Republic and Slovakia.
MOL acquired 125 stations in Czech Republic and 41 in Slovakia. As a result, its network in Czech Republic rose to 316 units and the number in Slovakia reached 253. MOL will operate the stations in Czech Republic under the MOL and Pap Oil brands. The ones in Slovakia will be rebranded as Slovnaft.
