INESA inaugurates €6 mln logistic base in central Hungary

Chinese-Hungarian joint venture INESA yesterday inaugurated a logistic base in Dunakeszi, north of Budapest, through an investment of €6 million, Hungarian news agency MTI reported.

Lighting fixtures maker INESA plans to start production activity as well next year in the 5,600 sqm building.  

INESA, 70% owned by the Chinese company and 30% by a Hungarian private investor, will also function as the Chinese companyʼs European distribution center in the future.

Managing Director István Gecse said headcount is expected to grow from the current 17 by around 60 next year.

INESA CEO Zhuang Shen An said the Shanghai-based company decided at the end of last year to establish its CEE production base in Dunakeszi.
