Easter Chocolate Sales Expected to Match 2023

Retail

Easter chocolate turnover is expected to be at the same level as in previous years, the National Chamber of Agrarian Economy (NAK) and the Association of Hungarian Confectionery Manufacturers said this week, according to profitline.hu.

Chocolate rabbits and eggs are still the hit products on the Hungarian Easter candy market, according to the report.

According to the joint market overview made by the chamber and the association, customers looking for Easter sweets can choose from an extensive range.

Due to rising prices, Hungarians are generally buying fewer sweets, but it is hoped this trend will not affect Easter shopping.
