INA to sell big portion of properties

Deals

Croatian oil company INA has decided to sell a substantial part of its properties and projects revenue of €32 mln from the sale, the Croatian press said at the weekend. The 88 properties on offer include farmland, warehouses, hotels and homes, Croatian daily Vecernji List said.

The starting prices are rather low, which, the paper said suggests INA trusts that all of the properties offered will be sold off. Most of the residential properties are located in the Croatian city Sisak, and are being offered for less than €511 per sqm, but there are also some in Rijeka and Zagreb.

The starting price of the hotels is €21.6 mln. INA said it hopes this price will increase, but if the properties cannot be sold, the company is also willing to rent them out.
