Hungary, Morocco discuss tourism partnership
Hungary and Morocco expressed interest in developing bilateral tourism cooperation, in a meeting between government officials of the two countries in Rabat yesterday, Moroccan World News reported.
Hungarian Deputy State Secretary for Asia, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America Szilveszter Bús met with Moroccan Tourism Minister Lahcen Haddad to discuss opportunities between the two countries for fairs and exhibitions, as well as the arrangement for a new air route between Budapest and Casablanca.
Haddad said that Hungary has extensive experience in health and thermal tourism, and that the country is a frontrunner in the spa and well-being sectors, Moroccan World News’ report added.
