Flex-Coop completes HUF 249 mln production hall
Hungary's Flex-Coop, which makes material handling systems, has completed a HUF 249 mln production hall at its base in Batonyterenye in northeastern Hungary, managing director Zoltán Sólyomi told MTI.
The company won a HUF 149 mln European Union and state grant for the project which is expected to raise headcount by 20. Flex-Coop counts Electrolux Lehel, Sealed Air, Henkel Magyarország and Gedeon Richter among its business partners. It ships its rollers as far as South Africa. Last year, the company had net revenue of HUF 725 mln. Exports accounted for about HUF 250 mln of the total.
