Edelmann builds HUF 4.5 bln production hall in western Hungary
German printing company Edelmann laid the cornerstone of a HUF 4.5 bln production hall in Zalaegerszeg in western Hungary on Friday, MTI news agency reported yesterday.
The company won a HUF 500 mln European Union grant for the investment which will create 100 jobs. Edelmann CEO Dirk Schroeder said the production base in Zalaegerszeg would become the company's second largest.
The addition of the production hall will double the size of the base when it begins operating in 2016.
