Shareholders of Duna House, which runs a real estate brokerage franchise, approved payment of a HUF 248 million dividend on last yearʼs earnings at an annual general meeting on Saturday, Hungarian news agency MTI reported today.

Duna House had IFRS after-tax profit of HUF 966 mln last year.

Duna House postponed a share listing last year following the approval of legislation that could negatively affect its business, but it still has until the end of June to submit an application for the listing.
