ConvergenCE won a competitive tender to take over the property management of Kálvin Center, Duna Office Center and Baross 52 – a total space of approximately 30,000 sqm – according to an announcement released today by the company. The buildings  were recently acquired by a U.K.-based investment management fund, the announcement said.

ConvergenCE, which has been on the Hungarian market for 11 years, has a strong property management team, the firm says. “This way we can guarantee the highest quality services to the owners and the tenants through our repositioning and lease up of this portfolio,” said Csaba Zeley, asset management director of ConvergenCE.

“We have found that the synergies offered by combining asset and property management add significantly to the quality management of our buildings and the satisfaction level of our tenants. This is at the core of protecting real estate values,” Zeley added.
