Audi to expand product palette in Hungary

German car manufacturer Audi will add new products at its manufacturing base in Györ in northwestern Hungary, Audi Hungária Motor managing director Thomas Faustmann said at a press conference in Ingolstadt yesterday, according to Hungarian news agency MTI. 

The unit turned out about 2 million engines in Györ last year, a new record, Faustmann said. Audi Hungária Motor's revenue climbed 29% to €7.231 bln, he added. Audi has invested €7.433 bln in Hungary, including €698 mln last year.
