Xmas Market Opens Nov 18 Under New Management

The iconic Christmas market on Vörösmarty tér in Budapest will open to the public on November 18 with a new name and renewed programs and cultural innovations, according to business daily Világgazdaság.
This year, the organizers of the Advent Basilica market, twice voted the best in Europe, were entrusted with organizing the fair.
The change behind the holiday fair, which will run until New Year's Eve, is also indicated by the new name, Vörösmarty Classic Xmas.
The company that now organizes the two most important and iconic Christmas markets in Budapest promises a classic Christmas event with renewed visuals and unique, quality program elements.
