A festive concert was held in front of the House of Terror Museum on Andrássy út on the occasion of the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the institution on Saturday, writes profitline.hu.

Some 20 years ago, on the eve of Memorial Day for the Victims of Communism, on Feb. 24, 2002, the House of Terror Museum opened its doors, commemorating the victims of the Arrow Cross and the Communist dictatorship.

"This is a success story," Prime Minister Viktor Orbán was quoted as saying.

The program featured archival recordings, short films, and stage conversations.
