Budapest Airport receives award

City

Budapest Airport, the operator of the capital’s Liszt Ferenc International Airport, was awarded “Hungary’s Most Excellent Company” in the category of “leadership practices” by Investors in People Hungary and the British Chamber of Commerce in Hungary, according to a press release issued today.

Budapest Airport was accredited as part of Investors in People (IIP) in 2015. Following the standards of IIP helps companies involve their staff in establishing business plans, and in this way gains the support of employees in achieving mutual aims, Budapest Airport said.

“It is a great acknowledgement and notable feedback at the same time to have been awarded with the title, as this means that we implement the basic standards and values of Investors in People in our everyday work,” Zsuzsa Zahorán-Pirisi, HR director of Budapest Airport, said.
