Boscolo Budapest welcomed Oliver Hutten as the new general manager of Boscolo Budapest & Boscolo Residence as the company celebrated its tenth anniversary in Hungary on May 5, according to a press release issued today.

Hutten was previously the general manager of the Boscolo Exedra Roma for nearly three years, reaching impressive results in revenue and quality of service, the company said.

Prior to that, Hutten filled the position of general manager of the Boscolo Milano from 2010 to 2013, and he is credited with helping position the hotel as an iconic contemporary lifestyle brand on the market. Hutten gained experience at the Principe di Savoia Hotel in Milan, the Kempinski Hotel Gravenbruch in Frankfurt, the Four Seasons Hotel in Berlin and The Drake Hotel Hilton in Chicago, according to the companyʼs press release.

Hutten brings more than 25 years of industry experience in different departments, such as food and beverage, sales, marketing and revenues – all of which contributed to the development of his dynamic leadership skills, the release said.

“I am very excited for this new challenge. My mission is to continue positioning the Boscolo Budapest & Boscolo Residence as a premium luxury brand in Budapest, distinguished by elegance, courtesy and welcome,” Hutten was quoted as saying.
