Sándor Demján Receives Lifetime Achievement Award

Awards

Representatives of the European real estate sector gathered for the fifth time this year at a gala organized by “EUROBUILD Magazine” in Warsaw to celebrate key players in the Central and Eastern European region’s real estate sector, a press release by TriGranit stated today.

The evening’s highest recognition went to the Chairman of TriGranit, Sándor Demján who received the Lifetime Achievement Award for his contribution to the real estate sector and extensive charitable donations made in the regions in which TriGranit develops its properties.

“TriGranit’s market entry to Poland was also influenced by the respect I feel towards the citizens of the country and toward their moral values. The common routes and historic cooperation between the two nations, Hungary and Poland, heavily influenced the success of our developed projects,” Demján said at the awards ceremony in Poland.

Hungary’s TriGranit is one of the largest, fully integrated real estate investment, development, and management firms in the region with a portfolio that includes retail, commercial, cultural, educational and recreational assets. TriGranit’s portfolio is valued at €2.5 billion, with over €4 billion of developments in the pipeline and a recent expansion into China.
