Apartment Ownership up Among 30-59-year-olds

The proportion of people who own their own apartment among 30-59-year-olds has increased significantly in four years, from 64% to 75%, according to Q3 research from K&H Bank, writes profitline.hu.

Some 56% of the respondents live in a detached family house, 19% in a panel apartment in a housing estate, 10% in a condominium, 8% in a housing estate, and 7% in a terraced or semi-detached house.

The average apartment size is 82 sqm, which has not changed compared to previous years.
