Cinematographer Marcell Rév Wins Emmy Award

Hungarian cinematographer Marcell Rév has won an Emmy award for his work on the HBO series Euphoria, according to an article by Budapest Reporter.
The Creative Arts Emmy Awards were handed out last weekend in Los Angeles.
Rév clinched an Emmy in the "Outstanding Cinematography for a Single-Camera Series (One Hour)" category for the Euphoria episode entitled "The Theater And Its Double”. He finished ahead of renowned cinematographers working on productions like Squid Game and Loki.
He was also nominated in 2021 for his work on the Euphoria episode called “Trouble Don’t Last Always”.
The Creative Arts Emmys are presented for outstanding artistic and technical achievement in various television genres, guest appearances in weekly series, and outstanding work in the animated, reality, and documentary categories.
