The National Bank of Hungary (MNB) yesterday published a Chinese-language issue of the Financial and Economic Review containing a selection of the most-read articles that appeared in the journal last year, according to a release on the central bank's website.

The publication aims to "fill a gap," support scientific education and further deepen Chinese-Hungarian economic and diplomatic relations, the central bank said.

The special issue includes articles on the relationship between monetary policy and the green transition, inflation shocks, the predictive power of European yield curves, the 2022 Nobel laureates in economics, intellectual capital investments and assets, the Budapest Renminbi Initiative Conference, and the historical development of Hungarian public finances.

The papers in the Chinese-language publication are available on the website of the Financial and Economic Review: mnb.hu/chinese-hitelintezetiszemle/
