Magyar Bankholding Partnering With Mastercard

Magyar Bankholding is partnering with Mastercard by joining the company's Priceless Planet Coalition, the main goal of which is to plant 100 million trees over five years, according to business daily Világgazdaság.

Through the collaboration, the bank group wants to draw the attention of young people to sustainability and the importance of green finance; the campaign encourages the population to use digital cards.

This summer, Magyar Bankholding formulated its sustainability and ESG Strategy, which assumes an important role in the population's green financial education and sets the goal of making its operations sustainable, according to the report.
