Peace, Calm in W Balkans in Hungary's Interest - Szijjártó

Hungary backs peace and calm in the Western Balkans, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Trade Péter Szijjártó said after Hungarian soldiers in the NATO-led KFOR peacekeeping mission in Kosovo were injured during unrest on Monday, according to a report by state news wire MTI.

"Peace and calm in the Western Balkans, in our neighborhood, is in Hungary's interest," Szijjártó said in a post on Facebook.

More than 20 Hungarians soldiers were injured during the unrest in Zvecan, including seven seriously.

Szijjártó said in another post on social media that none of the soldiers had life-threatening injuries.
